O primeiro passo de sua jornada como cantor foi em janeiro de 2012 com o lançamento do álbum “Crônicas de Um Rimador”, que contou com a produção de Damien Seth e do DJ Pachu. Junto com o grupo ConeCrew, Ramiro participou do clipe “Chama os Mulekes” e da música “Na Real”, composta por Mr. Thug.
Na sua opinião, qual papel exigiu mais da sua dedicação e pesquisa para entrar no personagem e qual foi mais fácil?
Difícil dizer qual, todos os papéis que interpretei exigiram dedicação e auto disciplina. Os que talvez tenham exigido um pouco mais foram papéis em que tive que atuar em uma outra língua.
Sobre cantar, o que você acha que te move na música? Como ela te traduz?
O que me move é a paixão pela música e a liberdade em ser eu mesmo nas canções, transmitindo tudo que penso e sinto no coração. A música traduz minha alma.
E sobre os futuros projetos? Como estão?
Meus projetos pessoais são quatro: meu próximo disco, meu trabalho como palestrante, meu monólogo teatral e um documentário que vou dirigir em breve. Todos tendo como base o empoderamento através do conhecimento.
Onde prefere estar atuando na televisão ou no cinema?
Minha carreira como ator nasceu no cinema. Minha preferência é sempre por trabalhos que me ofereçam novos desafios.
Como ator você obteve bastante sucesso no Brasil inteiro. De onde e como foi que surgiu a ideia de começar na música?
Tudo começou com a música, com o Rap, foi ele quem me levou a dramaturgia. Comecei fazendo batalhas de MC’S na Lapa até gravar meu primeiro disco. A música foi o meu primeiro amor.
Sobre o seu estilo, de onde você acha que veio a preferência pelo Rap?
Por identificação. Não tenho preconceito musical algum, acredito que a música assim como nós humanos é feita pra ser misturada. O Rap é onde consigo traduzir isso tudo.
Entre a música e o cinema, o que você prefere?
Minha carreira de ator é prioridade. E a música sempre vai fazer parte da minha vida. Está tudo conectado.
Como você se define por você mesmo?
Uma pessoa simples, nem melhor nem pior que ninguém. Simples assim (risos).
Como aconteceu o convite para gravar com o Cone Crew e como foi essa experiência?
Conheço o Maomé desde as épocas das batalhas, além de bom MC ele é gente finíssima. Acredito que o convite tenha partido daí em conjunto com o grupo por toda minha história com o Rap. A experiência foi ótima além de humildes todos eles são muito bem humorados. Nos divertimos muito.
Como e quando foi que você decidiu seguir a carreira como ator?
Quando pisei pela primeira vez num set de filmagem senti que estava no lugar certo. Foi a partir do Tropa de Elite.
Já pensou em tentar fazer planos para sair do Brasil e tentar uma carreira internacional? E se pudesse escolher uma ator estrangeiro, quem você escolheria dividr cena?
Venho me preparando pra isso, mas não quero criar expectativas, ou pressão. Que seja um caminho natural, é necessário estar preparado. São tantos… mas vou ressaltar Denzel Washington, Morgan Freeman e Will Smith.
Daqui pra frente, já podemos esperar novas parcerias musicais?
